Feldstein Studio – Workshops, Training & Coaching

Technology should support people. Not the other way around.

We work with organisations, teams, and individuals to find a better approach to digital tools in a dynamic work environment. We combine psychology and tech expertise to make work more human. Even (and especially) in times of digitalisation and AI.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • AI is being discussed, adopted, and ignored — often all at once. What it should mean for your organisation is still up in the air.
  • Some tools are already running. But whether they’re actually helping? Nobody can quite say.
  • There’s scepticism in the team. It’s often justified. But almost nobody says it out loud.
  • Results vary widely. What impressed yesterday is a source of errors today.
  • The pressure to “do something with AI” keeps growing. But the more that happens, the less clear it is what actually counts.

What we offer

We support you wherever you are in your AI journey.

1.

Learn

AI still feels fuzzy or uneven across the org. We build a shared foundation: what AI does well, where it falls short, and what that means in your context. People leave with practical do’s and don’ts, plus a few quick wins that make AI implementation feel more concrete.

2.

Explore

Before we change anything, we look closely. Where does AI genuinely help, and where does it just make you run faster in circles? We bring inspiration from other contexts, listen carefully to how you work, and together we find where the real leverage lies. The result: concrete use cases that fit your actual work reality.

3.

Build

Turning use cases into something real. We prototype the workflow, test it with real people, and iterate until it actually works. But it’s not just about the outcome: it’s also about how AI finds its way into your everyday work. The result is a process your team can genuinely identify with.

4.

Establish

Keep the momentum going after the first win. We check what’s working in practice, support the people who drive it, and adjust, so the solution stays useful over time. Then we scale carefully, only where it improves the quality of work, not where it erodes it.

What matters to us

  • Don’t believe the hype. You decide where AI genuinely adds value (and where it doesn’t).
  • Resonance over resistance. We take concerns seriously, find shared solutions, and create genuine connection.
  • Not just “another training”. We help establish routines, roles, and clear next steps. No lecture-style workshops.
  • Effectiveness ≠ efficiency. Fewer loops, better collaboration, more space for what matters. Without optimisation frenzy.
FAQ

Who is this for?

For individuals, teams, and organisations who want to use technology more intentionally. Without falling into optimisation frenzy.

What's your perspective on AI?

AI is a tool. It takes away tedious work and makes experiments easy. (This website wouldn't exist without Claude Code.) At the same time: no flying blind. "AI will figure it out" doesn't work. You need clear rules for quality, data protection, and accountability – no vendor lock-in. And importantly: AI shouldn't over-optimize collaboration. Because the human element will remain essential in the future.

Is this about using less technology?

Not necessarily. It's about using technology in ways that support rather than distract. Sometimes that means less, sometimes more. And almost always, it's really about very different, very human topics.

Remote or on-site?

Both possible. Some formats work well remotely. For longer workshops or training, on-site is often more effective. We're based in Berlin, but can work across Germany.

How does a collaboration typically start?

A short conversation at the beginning is enough. We clarify context, challenges, and goals. Then we propose a suitable format, including duration and concrete outputs.
