Our approach
No one-size-fits-all. What works for one person (or organisation) can be counterproductive for another. We start with questions and observation, not ready-made answers.
Self-efficacy. Technologies like AI must not turn people into passive cogs in a machine. They should expand personal competence and restore the feeling of being able to actively shape the world and one's own work.
Humanity as a success factor. A resonant work environment where people feel heard is not a luxury, but fundamental to business success.
Practice over theory. We have little patience for vague theory. For us, everyday applicability and direct implementation come first.
What is Feldstein Studio, in one sentence?
We help people and organisations use digital tools in a way that makes work easier and keeps collaboration human.
Is this just tool consulting?
We don't start with the tool, but with what matters in daily work: decisions, accountability, communication, focus. Tools and AI are just a means to an end.
We're looking for support with AI adoption – can you help?
Absolutely, especially where things typically get stuck in reality: meaningful application. And only where it makes sustainable sense. Since 2023, we've been helping teams not just "launch" internal AI initiatives, but truly embed them. While keeping the human element in sight.
On the topic of stress: Do you offer resilience training?
Yes, but not to "toughen people up". If people are just supposed to become more resilient to stress, the system often stays broken. We're interested in why stress arises: too many priorities, endless meetings, unclear responsibilities, conflicts beneath the surface. We help reshape the conditions. So that teams and individuals experience resonance: meaning, self-efficacy, and real connection. That's a more stable foundation than another breathing technique module.
